Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

Eligible Items

  • Wetsuits and drysuits (unworn, unaltered)
  • Masks, fins, and snorkels (unopened or in original condition)
  • Regulators and BCDs (unused, unserviced)
  • Accessories in sealed original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Mouthpieces and any item that makes contact with the mouth
  • Worn or used wetsuits and gloves
  • Custom-made or altered products
  • Items damaged by the customer (scratches, tears, chemical damage, salt corrosion)
  • Products marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return

  1. Contact us at contact@bestdivemall.com or via our contact form within the 14-day window. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive return instructions. We will provide you with the return shipping address and any required documentation.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
  4. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Size Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges within 14 days of delivery for the same product in a different size. Please contact us to confirm availability before shipping the item back.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund at your choice. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after we receive the return:

  • Credit/debit card: 5–7 business days
  • Bank transfer: 3–5 business days
