Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150 USD (or equivalent in local currency)
  • Express shipping fees vary by destination and are shown at checkout

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. BESTDIVE Mall has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your order using our order tracking page.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to over 50 countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@bestdivemall.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Please retain all packaging materials for insurance claims.
